A modern laboratory is essential for quality guarantee.  Vriesveem de berg’s laboratory is fully equipped with the needed working tools  enabling the  analyses of  various quality aspects, in line with the latest quality assurance requirements.

in addition to standard run analysis on raw materials and end products, The laboratory team at Vriesveem De Berg also performs extra / special  analyses on the instructions of its customers, such as

• checking recipe  compositions to achieve best quality  possible
• hygiene parameters
• microbiological analysis
• spectrophotometry and hplc

Analyses are carried out in line with the internationally recognised fruit-juice regulations, such as IFU (International Fruit Union).
